Simon Bettison – Managing Director
Simon founded the company in 2005 and leads the ongoing development and delivery of PortfolioBuilder, our flagship platform for workplace-based assessments and competency frameworks. He has over 30 years experience in IT as a SaaS Solutions Architect and technical leader. Outside his work at Bettison.org, Simon actively develops and maintains open source projects, and is a part-time BA Philosophy & Classical Studies student at the Open University UK due to graduate in 2027.
Sarah Bettison – Executive Director
Mariss Bettison - First Line Support Technician
(November 2022 – present) Mariss liaises directly with users via email, maintains professional communication across a wide range of stakeholders (trainee psychiatrists to supervisors), and manages an organised Zendesk ticket inbox. He is also a BSc Marine Biology student at the University of Plymouth due to graduate in 2027.
